Helping Hand Me Downs is glad to come along beside you as you desire to provide breast milk for your baby. What a special time of life for you and your little one.  This is a complete breast pump unit.  If you are unfamiliar with how a breast pump works, here are links for instruction with the companies that make them.  The unit you are given will have a check mark next to the maker of your unit.

For further assistance, please contact the hospital you delivered your baby at for lactation consultation. This can be very helpful.  As well, having the flange (cup for your breast) fit correctly is important for good collection of breast milk.  Lactation specialists can help you with that.
